Many provincial and Federal Government programs are available to assist community event hosts with their project.

Some of these support actual event development costs while others are specifically in place to assist with event marketing. Equally important, some will offer support for capital costs associated with the event.  Contact the City of Timmins’ Culture, Recreation and Visitor Services department for assistance with your event plans by calling 264-1331 and asking for the Special Events Coordinator.
